We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, so if you're not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
So...before returning an item please email us at: email@example.com so we can help you with the return process.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same saleable condition in which it was received, with the labels still intact.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase with order number or email address.
- If you want to exchange, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'd be happy to sort that out for you. :)
Please note ANY items returned Covered in Animal or Human hair may NOT be issued a refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that your refund is on its way, providing the item has been returned unused and in the same saleable condition in which it was received, with the labels still intact.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies
Some things to know:
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Antur Supply Co, for a full refund.
To cancel your order please contact us.
If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us via email, your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
