What is the status of my order?

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email and/or text. If you don’t receive it please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes it can end up in there.

If you still haven’t received it or you are having trouble tracking your order please email hello@antursupplyco.com and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

Please note that we only ship on business days, so orders placed on Friday after 4 pm (GMT) or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

I want to change or cancel my order

If you wish to change or cancel your order please email hello@antursupplyco.com immediately after you have placed your order and we will do our best to help. However, please understand that due to our fast dispatch times this isn't always possible.

How long does shipping take?

We offer worldwide shipping and dispatch all orders safely and securely within 24 hours using a tracked service. Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of your order.

Please note that we only ship on business days, so orders placed on Friday after 4 pm (GMT) or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, your chosen delivery method and your location. To get an accurate shipping cost for your order please add your chosen products to the cart and head to the checkout.

What is your return policy?

With thousands of products already sold, we’re confident you’ll love yours too. But if for any reason you don’t, please email hello@antursupplyco.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue you a full refund.

How do i make a return or exchange?

If you change your mind or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact hello@antursupplyco.com or call us on 07769914709 within 30 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to organise an exchange or refund for you.

When can i expect my refund?

Once your return has been safely received and processed by our team we’ll send you an email confirming that your return is on its way.

From this point, please allow 5 working days for the refund to show in your account. However, if you are unable to locate the refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank/card issuer for further information.
