We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Restocking Fee
There will be a small restocking fee of 5% of the order amount for any order where a refund is requested. No restocking fees apply for exchanges/ store credit.

Refunds/ Returns

Any products purchased from our website ( can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 30 days of purchase*. Pre-ordered products can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 14 days of delivery*. The item(s) must be in new condition with all packaging and tags included. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be offered a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days or a store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*Original shipping costs are not refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the reason for return is a warranty defect.

Sale Event Return and Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges on jeans.
  • If you wish to exchange your jeans for a different size or style, you can do so free of charge.

Returns and Refunds:

  • Free return labels are provided for your convenience.
  • If you choose to return your jeans for a refund, a small restocking fee will be applied.
Policy for Promotional Items:
  • Free promotional gifts (beanies, insulated bottles, or hoodies) received with the purchase of jeans are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • If jeans are returned for a refund, the promotional item must also be returned in its original condition. Failure to return the promotional item may result in refusal of the refund or adjustment of the refund amount.

  • Our policies are in accordance with consumer protection laws and ensure the rights to return faulty goods.
  • Misleading or deceptive practices are strictly prohibited.

Shipping your order back

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
